Darbi Hannah

Darbi Hannah

Medical Receptionist

Darbi Hannah has been with Kelly Vision Center since October of 2016. She is a Certified Paraoptometric Assistant helping with billing, insurance, and contact lens ordering. She lives in Madison with her husband of 25 years and enjoys traveling and visiting local restaurants.

Lacy Smith

Medical Receptionist

Lacy started working for Kelly Vision Center in May of 2019. She will be the first smiling face you see when you walk into the office. She resides in the White House area. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Ethan. They have a three-year-old son Keegan who is a handful. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. 

Cindy Johnson

Office Manager

Cindy Johnson is a resident of Portland with her husband, two boys and one precious baby girl! She loves spending time with her family and enjoys photography. Cindy had 17 years of experience in the optometry field when she started with Dr. Kelly. She has been with Kelly Vision Center for almost 6 years. Cindy is a vibrant, fun-loving person and she brings lots of laughs to the office.

Patrick Kelly

Certified Optometric Technician

Patrick Kelly graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2015 with a Bachelor's of Science in Biochemistry Cellular and Molecular Biology. He is Dr. Marie Kelly's son and Dr. Daniel Kelly's brother. He enjoys being on the lake with family and friends and likes to cook. Patrick played soccer for Hendersonville High School and received a scholarship to play at the University of Memphis where he played for 1 year before transferring to the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He has been with Kelly Vision Center for nearly 4 years.

Andrew White

Andrew White

Optician

Andrew started working at Kelly Vision Center in August of 2017. Andrew graduated from Hendersonville High School in 2018, and Volunteer State Community college in 2020 with an Associates in Logistics. He has reached the rank of Eagle in Boy Scouts and is still active in his boy scout troop. He enjoys camping and hanging out with friends. Andrew really enjoys eating food so always feel free to bring in some goodies.

Sapoa Ulloa

Certified Optometric Technician

Sapoa started working with Kelly Vision Center 08/2020. She was born in Dominican Republic. She speaks fluent Spanish. She lives in Hermitage, TN. She has a 11-year-old son name Edward, and a cat name Midnight. She enjoys being outdoors, the ocean, and spending time with her son. Sapoa is also certified BlephEx treatments.

Mateen Sidiq

Mateen Sidiq

Vision Therapist/ Certified Paraoptometric Assistant

Mateen Sidiq graduated from Austin Peay State University in 2011 receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance. He studied to be a Physical Education teacher. Mateen has been heading the Vision Therapy Department since 2016. He is happily married and has two kids and a dog. Mateen loves to be outdoors hiking, exploring parks, and swimming with his family.

Marissa Haley

Marissa Haley

Technician

Marissa started working at KVC in 2021. She lives with her 4 year old son Logan, and they enjoy playing at the park and cooking together. Marissa is new to Optometry field, and she is excited to learn and meet all of the wonderful patients we have here at KVC.
